The Natural Spa was founded in 2016 on the back of Zoe's passion for soap making, since then we have grown and expanded our range to include products such as hair care, bath products and lots more.
In early 2018 we set our plastic free mission. This meant that we were determined to not put any products out into the market that would then send any plastic into the community ( single or multi use ).
Also at The Natural Spa we are committed to always providing, high quality, vegan and sustainably sourced ingredients.
Meet the team
Zoe Strassen founded The Natural Spa in 2016 from her micro workshop in her parents back garden. She built the business based on her love of working with Natural Products and passion for a low waste lifestyle. Zoe was joined by Joy in 2019 during her gap year from university. Joy loves going to the beach with her friends and looking after her cat Mila. You can find Joy busy packing wholesale orders and making products in the soap kitchen. Then came Sue in 2020. Sue loves spending time with her friends and is currently walking the coastal path. Whilst she's at the workshop you can find her mostly packaging products and shipping out all of our retail orders. Jess also joined the team in July 2020. She likes to try and live a sustainable lifestyle whilst also spending lots of time with her daughter. Whilst Jess is at the workshop she can be found organising wholesale orders.
